Robert Cariola

Robert is a graduate of Pratt Institute. His paintings and sculpture are in many private and public collections.
He is the recipient of Tiffany and New York State Council on the Arts grants.
His murals grace schools, senior centers and a number of religious institutions.
Students will explore new art concepts and techniques using acrylic and other unusual materials. Emphasis is on imaginative invention and creativity.

Louise Fucci

Louise believes that the watercolor medium using form and color can best capture the rhythm and mood of nature. She explores the variety of effects and techniques that can be achieved with this challenging and versatile medium.
She has studied both traditional and abstract painting for many years with watercolorists including American Watercolor Society artists, George Delaney and Janet Walsh.
Louise Fucci has exhibited her watercolors and sumi paintings at the Hecksher and Nassau County Museums and in galleries throughout the Long Island and Metropolitan areas.

Mary Ann Heinzen
Mary Ann Heinzen is a full time Rockland artist, working primarily in watercolor for over thirty years. Her award winning work is exhibited throughout the metropolitan area.
Ms. Heinzen works in both representational and abstract styles, using light, contrast, form and color to create dynamic visual statements.
She teaches by demonstration and a variety of exercises designed to explore the delights and potentials of the medium.

Don Huber

Don studied with Colorist Joseph Occhipinti at the NAL, with Devin MacPherson in France and at the Art Students League.
Don is a Board member of the "American Artists Professional League, resident artist at the Salmagundi Club, past president of the Suburban Art League and a member of the Hudson Valley Art Association and a number of other art groups.
Don's Pein air landscapes have won major awards in exhibitions throughout the Metropolitan area. His work is represented by the Landmark Gallery, in Kennebunkport, Maine and The Art Gallery in Stowe, Vermont.

Marc Josloff

Marc received a BA and MA at Pratt Institure where he studied, Art Education, Art Therapy and Advertising Design. He studied Waterecolor with Mel Stabin and at the Art Students League with Irwin Greenbereg and Paul Ching Bor.
Marc works in pastels, watercolors and oils to create naturalistic images that capture emblematic moments in time. Marc is a plein air painter combining elements of conceptualism and impressionism.
Art critic Claude LeSuer described Marc as a “Latter day Winslow Homer."

Diane Lieberman

Diane Lieberman explores innovative watercolor techniques such as wet-in-wet, lifting out, sponge and spatter in painting landscapes, floral and still-Iifes.
Her work has been extensively exhibited throughout the New York City and Long Island areas. She has received many prestigous awards and is the recipient of grants from the Queens Council on the Arts.
Students will draw with pen and ink, experiment with oriental papers, gesso and explore painting with a limited pallet. Special attention will be given to the development of each students personal style of painting.

Pedro Pacheco

Pedro Pacheco is a painter originally from Spain, where he graduated from the Fine Art University at Barcelona.
His work is exhibited throughout the capitals of Europe as well as in Israel and New York. He has received many notable awards.
In addition to teaching art for over 25 years, Mr. Pacheco has been a museum director, curator and art critic. His classes start with the basics of drawing and as student skills develop progress into the use of color with pastels and other media.

Howard Rose

Howard graduated from the School of Visual Arts and C.W. Post graduate school. He has studied with a number of well-known Metropolitan area artists. Howard has taught oil painting at C.W. Post and the Art League of L.I.
His articles on teaching techniques have appeared in The Artist‘s and American Artist magazines. Howard has taught workshops at Hudson Valley, Art Barge at the Hamptons and at Martha’s Vineyard.
His work has been in one-man and group exhibitions in galleries in Albertson, East Hampton, Southampton on Long Island.
